City of Edmonds Invites Community to Edmonds Arts Summit June 29
What does it mean to be a thriving arts community? Come to the Edmonds Arts Summit on June 29th to meet your local artists and arts groups, see performances, improve skills, and learn how the arts are a dynamic force in Edmonds. The Arts Summit is a free citywide gathering of the arts and culture community: a day for highlighting the scope and energy of the Edmonds arts scene, plus an opportunity for learning and sharing.
Who should attend? Everyone interested in the key role that arts and culture play in Edmonds.
- Gain a national perspective on the business of arts with inspiring keynote speaker Randy Cohen, VP of Research & Policy at Americans for the Arts and a national expert on the role of arts in community development;
- Browse the resource tables, enjoy short performances, and learn about the many arts activities in our community;
- Build your skills with short sessions on traditional and social media, video promotion, funding and more, and explore new possibilities for collaboration and partnership;
